We offer three main tin sizes to fit your vibe (and your budget):

  • 2 oz – Cute and compact, perfect for samplers or party favors
  • 4 oz – The happy medium that still packs a scent punch
  • 8 oz – For when you want to go big or go home (and smell amazing doing it)

All tins come in your choice of black, white, or champagne—so whether you’re going for moody, minimal, or soft glam, we’ve got a shade that suits.

Lead Time
We like to keep things cozy—but also realistic. Custom candles take a bit of time to pour, cure, label, and look fabulous.

Typical turnaround:
Most custom orders are ready to ship in 2 to 4 weeks, depending on how detailed your vision is and how many candles you're ordering.

In a hurry?
Rush orders are totally doable when our schedule allows! A 20% rush fee applies, and we’ll do our best to get your candles ready in time for your big day, last-minute event, or spontaneous gifting spree.

If you're working with a tight timeline, just let us know—we’re flexible, friendly, and love a good creative challenge.

Within 3 business days, we’ll get back to you with any questions, confirm the details, and provide a quote.

Once you approve everything, we get to work.
Your custom candles will be hand-poured, labeled, and packed with care. (And yes, we’ll keep you updated along the way!

Can I mix and match scents in my bulk order?
Yes! As long as we're working with quantities we can manage, you're welcome to mix and match. Just let us know what you have in mind.

Can I use my own label design?
Definitely. If you have a finished design, send it over! If you need help creating one, we’re happy to work with you to bring your vision to life.

Do you offer completely custom scents?
Our listed scents are what we currently have on hand, but if you’re dreaming of something specific, reach out—we may be able to source it or create something close.

Is gift wrapping available?
Yes! We offer simple, stylish gift wrapping for an additional fee. Perfect for party favors or client gifts that need a little extra polish.

What’s your return policy for custom orders?
Because these candles are made just for you, we’re unable to accept returns on custom items. But if something arrives damaged or not quite right, let us know and we’ll make it right.
